These terms & conditions apply to both registered players and visitors of this website.

These terms & conditions govern your registration with Love Life Legends' business of operating a membership-based lottery, and cover all aspects of that registration and the access granted to the processes within this Trade Promotion's way of working.

These terms & conditions are subject to the legislation and rules contained within the NSW Fair Trading website, under the sub-section of community gaming, with obligations fulfilled to the best of our ability.

This business has the right to conduct its business, and is accepted by government regulators to run multiple lotteries within its memberships, games of chance, and business promotions.

In the event of any conflict between the legislation and these terms & conditions, please email us with your concerns so we can correct it.

These terms & conditions hold a detailed account of this business's outline and operation. Access to this information, and its implementation, holds the agreeing parties in a legal affiliation not to copy, use, or steal from the nature of Love Life Lotto's and Love Life Legends' way of business.

These businesses reserve the right to change these terms & conditions. Love Life Lotto/Legends will post/email all government-approved changes to our members and in newsletters. The approved new version of these terms & conditions will be effective immediately upon posting to the web platform. Continued use of our services after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Only through this platform will memberships for these games of chance be hosted. Participants acknowledge responsible betting, and agree that this is understood when playing in any of the draws performed by this business.

Wherever the wording “Love Life Lotto/Legends” is used within these terms & conditions, it refers to both businesses — Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends.

As these terms & conditions are showcased openly and clearly on this web platform, with a link from the home page, Love Life Legends considers all visitors to have read them. In becoming a membership holder, each participant joins in full acceptance of all their contents.

All work is conducted by our operators — allocating members to ticket numbers, sending confirmation and prize-winning emails, and maintaining timely giveaway consistency.

Depending on the membership tier our members pay for, they are accepting the allocation of that tier's number of tickets, discounts, and extra benefits.

Memberships can only be created through our web platform's sign-up system. We are not obligated to refund or take further action to resolve any fraudulent sign-ups.

Memberships are available at $1.50, $3.00, $4.50, or $6.00 per week.

Each account is placed into exactly one draw pool, once, permanently — either a general pool matching the state or territory you declare at sign-up, or, for eligible emergency services personnel signing up with a verified service email address, a pool restricted to that service. An account cannot move between pools or belong to more than one at a time.

There is no set maximum number of tickets in any draw.

There is only one winner chosen for each prize draw.

Tickets are drawn using our own automated, weighted random selection system: every ticket is one equal chance, and a winner is picked using a cryptographically secure random number source built directly into our platform — not an outsourced or third-party draw service.

This operation runs without its prizes being pre-funded, so it relies on accumulating weekly membership payments only. Each draw pool tracks two separate, ongoing funding totals: a weekly total and a monthly total. Every payment received counts toward both totals at once.

A weekly draw for a pool only runs once that pool's weekly funding total has reached $15,500 Australian dollars. If that amount hasn't been reached in a given week, no draw is run that week, and the amount already accumulated carries forward and keeps counting toward the following week's total — nothing is lost or reset except by an actual draw being run. This is not a one-off starting condition: every weekly draw, indefinitely, only runs once this threshold is met for that cycle.

Once a pool's separate monthly funding total reaches $58,000 Australian dollars, that pool additionally runs a monthly draw, awarding its own separate prize on top of the weekly one. As with weekly draws, if $58,000 hasn't accumulated by a given month's check, no monthly draw is run that month, and the total carries forward to the following month, and the month after, for as long as it takes.

This means there is no fixed weekly or monthly draw schedule, and there is no guarantee a draw will occur in any particular week or month — only that a draw will run once its pool has genuinely accumulated the funding to cover it.

If a winner does not come forward to claim their prize, Love Life Legends will wait a period of 3 months, attempting to contact the winner weekly during that time.

If that 3-month period passes with no winner coming forward, Love Life Legends will not redraw.

By accepting these terms & conditions, you accept that we are not obliged to compensate a winner after this 90-day period if the unclaimed prize is used to fund the business's next expansion.

By accepting these terms & conditions as a potential winner, you accept the above rules regarding no redraws, and that no refunds are ever given.

Ticket allocation, draw execution, and winner notification emails are handled automatically by our platform. Love Life Legends' operations team reviews and follows up on these processes but does not manually perform them.

Participants will be treated fairly throughout, and provided with a safe and secure system. Entries are recorded and updated regularly, along with relevant updates.

By entering, you agree that this business will not refund money paid for tickets, including in cases of paying by mistake, purchasing the wrong number or type of ticket, or no longer wanting to play.

Participants are required to patiently wait for a pool's weekly funding tally to reach $15,500 Australian dollars before a weekly draw is run, or $58,000 for that pool's monthly funding tally before a monthly draw is run (see “System & choosing a game”).

By entering, you agree that in the case of any disapproving content on the web platform, contacting and communicating with us about the issue is the required path to resolution. Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends do not condone inappropriateness, and will not accept rude or harsh behaviour in any area of the business.

Membership holders/participants who join, and provide funds toward starting a game of chance, before that game's first draw is run are labelled “foundation members.” Foundation members on the $3.00, $4.50, or $6.00 weekly membership tiers receive 10 extra tickets for every draw they enter, for as long as their membership remains active. This bonus is not available on the $1.50 weekly tier.

Participants understand that they will be notified of gaming events through Love Life Lotto's/Legends' emailing system and website, and accept this as sufficient communication, even where the message is repeated.

Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform does not determine the relationship between account holders and the businesses involved with each draw, and is not required to differentiate between them. Its system operates independently of these conditions, and blocking participants from buying tickets on that basis is not required.

A monthly draw (see “System & choosing a game”) awards its own separate prize, distinct from the weekly prize described below — its value and details will be published for each pool once that pool's monthly draw is active.

The weekly prize for each draw is valued at $10,000, made up of money and a 1–3 night stay (with a choice of 1–3 rooms, or a suite) at a hotel in the Sydney CBD region, or the entrant's closest major city if interstate.

The money component will never exceed $10,000 Australian dollars.

Any money left over after the hotel booking fee is deducted is paid via direct debit to the winner's preferred bank account.

The hotel portion of the prize must be taken up, and each winner is required to stay a minimum of one night at a collaborating hotel. Love Life Legends makes the booking and pays the initial charge to the chosen hotel.

Love Life Lotto is only required to pay the booking charge — not the hotel bond, or any damages (including those caused by an acquaintance of the winner), which remain the winner's responsibility.

Winners/members agree that Love Life Legends is not required to pay for food and drink inside or outside the hotel, or for parking tickets or fines.

Winners/members agree that Love Life Legends is not required to provide travel to, from, or around the hotel, or cover any utilities, transport, or other daily extras.

Winners/members agree that Love Life Legends is not required to pay for outside activities such as massages, adventure excursions, or ticketed events.

Winners/members agree that Love Life Legends is not required to pay for any incident causing damage or harm, including hospital fees.

Winners/members agree that Love Life Legends is not required to pay for travel, flight, or luggage insurance, nor for extra or lost luggage and items.

Tickets can only be purchased through the Love Life Lotto/Legends web platform. We do not take payments over the phone, by email, or by mail, and are not responsible or liable for compensation in the case of fraudulent dealings conducted outside the platform.

A purchase that is interrupted by a system malfunction, and which we're unable to recover or verify, will be treated as void and terminated by the system.

Members are allocated tickets within this business's systems only.

Members agree to indemnify Love Life Lotto/Legends, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from the business's conduct.

Completing a checkout or sign-up is an offer to purchase, and authorises Love Life Lotto/Legends to debit your account.

Once a purchase is completed, that order is final: you are obligated to provide funds for that week's draw and cannot cancel or amend the order for any reason.

Purchasing from Love Life Lotto/Legends does not guarantee a win, and no compensation is given if you do not win.

Purchases are non-refundable, non-creditable, and not tax-deductible.

As there is currently no way to prevent people from other states starting a membership on this platform, all members accept our processes for still delivering a prize if won under those circumstances.

Love Life Lotto/Legends does not cover card-payment gaming fees or any other transaction fees incurred when purchasing a membership.

Once the system and choosing-game conditions are met, a winner will be chosen and must adhere to the terms below.

Love Life Lotto/Legends will communicate a chosen winner to them directly, and to the wider community, only through our official social media and marketing channels.

Winners are notified directly by email as soon as a draw is run, including a secure link they can use to confirm their win and provide a contact phone number without needing to log in. Winners are required to communicate through email, and if necessary by phone or in person.

Winners are required to choose their preferred stay dates at the collaborating hotel, and allow our team to book those dates along with any inclusions/extras mentioned.

Winners must provide their preferred bank account details to receive any leftover prize money.

Winners are required to pay the hotel bond and any indulgences during their stay.

Where a winner provides content for us to share on the web platform, they agree it may be shown on our social channels and in future marketing.

If a winner cannot make their chosen dates, they must organise a change of dates directly with the hotel — Love Life Lotto/Legends is not required to assist, and the hotel's own terms & conditions govern that process.

If a refund is approved by the hotel and requires the card used (Love Life Lotto/Legends' card), fair and correct steps will be taken to return the prize money, excluding any fees incurred.

If a winner is unhappy with the hotel or its service due to an unforeseen issue, they accept that Love Life Lotto/Legends is never required to compensate, and no refund or other arrangement will be issued.

A winner's hotel stay must be booked before the money portion of the prize is transferred to their bank account.

By completing any membership through the Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept being bound by these terms & conditions, including bank-to-bank fund transfers.

By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or over. We will not be held responsible for an underage applicant, as we have clearly stated a minimum age of 18 to participate.

By creating an account, you permit us to contact you at any time regarding this business, and agree to appropriate communication through a reliable channel to organise necessary adjustments.

By creating an account, you accept that we will hold and save your personal details, which cannot be changed directly online.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is not required to fully delete your account details from our data bank — it does not hold all of that information itself, and can recover it from our collaborating secure payment system, and will only do so with your approval through the web platform.

Love Life Lotto/Legends reserves the right to use the personal data you provide for business analytics, to help decide when and where to market and improve our systems.

To change personal data, unsubscribe, or deactivate an account, holders must go through the “create a new password” flow. If unable to amend an account this way, Love Life Lotto/Legends is not obligated to locate or provide account details, for security reasons.

Love Life Lotto aims to work alongside charities to support their causes, and will share relevant information by email — we may contact you to expand on this.

These businesses give no warranty that the Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform will be available permanently, or for any minimum period.

If your access to the web platform or your account is unavailable, Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends are not required to find, merge, reinstate, or recreate accounts, and are not entitled to provide records of participation, for security reasons.

While considerable care is taken in compiling and updating content on the platform, these businesses do not guarantee the accuracy of that content.

The platform may contain links to other sites not operated by these businesses. Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends do not control those sites, cannot be responsible for their content, and such links do not indicate endorsement. We are not liable for any goods, services, or content purchased or accessed through those links.

Love Life Lotto/Legends cannot guarantee that files available for download from the platform are free of viruses or other harmful code. Account holders are solely responsible for virus-checking and other precautions, and download files at their own risk.

The Love Life Lotto/Legends system allows applicants from other states to participate in prize draws, letting them choose a stay at a hotel in their closest major city.

Love Life Lotto/Legends reserves the right to operate online through its one and only web platform, at its one and only domain name — www.lovelifelegends.com — through which alone our customers access this business.

Love Life Legends aims to respond to and correct any civil complaint.

Love Life Lotto/Legends operates under the company Eternitys Eternal Pty Ltd, authorised under Art Union authority number GOCAU/2474.

Love Life Legends only handles issues raised with honourable and honest intent.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is available to communicate throughout the week during regular working hours. If we don't respond promptly, please follow up politely.

Love Life Lotto/Legends will only communicate with you through info@eternityseternal.com. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us through any other channel and you are affected, we are sorry, but not at fault.

Love Life Lotto/Legends has no fixed obligation to run a prize draw every week, month, or year — new draws will be communicated by email and social media as they're set.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is a combined service working with collaborating companies, aiming to provide a professional service that continually improves. Changes will only be made when necessary, and all account holders will be notified.

As a properly established business with an approved commencement-of-work form, Love Life Lotto/Legends has been built with care and good intentions.
