These terms & conditions apply to both registered players and visitors of this website.

These terms & conditions govern your registration with Love Life Legends' business of operating a membership-based lottery, and cover all aspects of that registration and the access granted to the processes within this Trade Promotion's way of working.

These terms & conditions are subject to the legislation and rules contained within the NSW Fair Trading website, under the sub-section of community gaming, with obligations fulfilled to the best of our ability.

This business has the right to conduct its business, and is accepted by government regulators to run multiple lotteries within its memberships, games of chance, and business promotions.

In the event of any conflict between the legislation and these terms & conditions, please email us with your concerns so we can correct it.

These terms & conditions hold a detailed account of this business's outline and operation. Access to this information, and its implementation, holds the agreeing parties in a legal affiliation not to copy, use, or steal from the nature of Love Life Lotto's and Love Life Legends' way of business.

These businesses reserve the right to change these terms & conditions. Love Life Lotto/Legends will post/email all government-approved changes to our members and in newsletters. The approved new version of these terms & conditions will be effective immediately upon posting to the web platform. Continued use of our services after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Only through this platform will memberships for these games of chance be hosted. Participants acknowledge responsible betting, and agree that this is understood when playing in any of the draws performed by this business.

Wherever the wording “Love Life Lotto/Legends” is used within these terms & conditions, it refers to both businesses — Love Life Lotto, which runs our Art Union draws, and Love Life Legends, which runs our Trade Promotion memberships, Emergency Services draw, and Activities.

As these terms & conditions are showcased openly and clearly on this web platform, with a link from the home page, Love Life Legends considers all visitors to have read them. In becoming a membership holder, each participant joins in full acceptance of all their contents.

All work is conducted by our operators — allocating members to ticket numbers, sending confirmation and prize-winning emails, and maintaining timely giveaway consistency.

Depending on the membership tier a member pays for, they are accepting the allocation of that tier's number of tickets, discounts, and extra benefits.

Memberships can only be created through our web platform's sign-up system. We are not obligated to refund or take further action to resolve any fraudulent sign-ups.

Four membership tiers are available, billed weekly: Unlocked at $5.00/week for 1 ticket per draw; Unleashed at $10.00/week for 3 tickets; Elevated at $15.00/week for 9 tickets; and Legendary at $20.00/week for 18 tickets. Each weekly payment earns that tier's number of tickets in every draw pool it funds, and those tickets accumulate week over week for as long as the membership stays active and a draw has not yet been run in that pool — so a member who has funded a pool for many weeks holds more tickets than one who has only just joined. When a pool's draw is run, every member's accumulated tickets for that draw reset to zero and begin building again from the next payment. A member-initiated pause stops tickets from accumulating for that period.

A single weekly membership fee funds every open state and territory draw pool at once — a larger share goes to the member's declared home region, with a smaller, equal share going to every other open pool. A member does not need to separately join each pool they want to be entered in, and does not pay extra to be entered nationwide. Love Life Legends' own administrators may reassign an account's declared region for operational reasons.

Alongside tickets, every active membership also earns “collaboration points” each week, at a fixed rate for its tier (currently 100 for Unlocked, 500 for Unleashed, 1,500 for Elevated and 3,000 for Legendary, though these figures may be adjusted by Love Life Legends from time to time). Points do not reset when a draw is run: they accumulate for as long as the membership stays active, though a member-initiated pause stops points from accruing for that period, the same as it does for tickets. See “Collaboration points & Award Points” below for how points can be spent.

There is no set maximum number of tickets in any draw.

Each individual prize awarded — whether a weekly prize or one of the extra bonus prizes described below — is awarded to exactly one winner, chosen independently each time.

Tickets are drawn using our own automated, weighted random selection system: every ticket is one equal chance, and a winner is picked using a cryptographically secure random number source built directly into our platform — not an outsourced or third-party draw service.

This operation runs without its prizes being pre-funded. Prizes are paid only from funds Love Life Legends has actually received and cleared, and are subject to those funds being available. Love Life Legends decides how funds received are allocated between draws, prizes, and the running of the business, and the order in which draws and prizes are run.

Nothing in these terms, on this website, or in any promotion or communication guarantees that any draw, prize, or bonus prize will run in any particular week or month, or at all. Draw dates, frequency, and prize values are not fixed. A draw runs only if and when Love Life Legends determines that sufficient funds have been received to run it, and funds not applied to a draw may be carried forward to later draws.

The New South Wales draw pool operates under Love Life Legends' New South Wales permit and may offer prizes of a higher value or a different kind to those offered in other states and territories, including a Highrise Holiday prize, a Yacht Journey prize, and additional bonus prizes. Where the prizes offered in the New South Wales draw pool differ from those described elsewhere in these terms, the descriptions in section 5 (Prizes) apply to that pool.

Subject to any approval required by law, Love Life Legends may change the prizes offered, their value or composition, the number of winners, and how funds are allocated between them, at any time by updating this website. A change does not entitle any member to a refund or compensation.

A member who joins, and provides funds toward starting a draw pool, before that pool's first draw is run is labelled a “foundation member” in that pool. Foundation members receive 10 extra tickets for every draw in that pool, on every membership tier, for as long as their membership remains active. Foundation status is worked out independently for each pool — a member can be a foundation member in one pool and not another. The Emergency Services draw never carries a foundation-member bonus, regardless of when an account first qualified for it.

If a winner does not come forward to claim their prize, Love Life Legends will wait a period of 90 days, attempting to contact the winner weekly during that time.

If that 90-day period passes with no winner coming forward, Love Life Legends may, at its sole discretion, redraw the prize to a new winner from the same pool, or treat it as unclaimed. There is no guarantee a redraw will occur, and a winner who has not come forward within this period forfeits any claim to the prize either way.

By accepting these terms & conditions, you accept that we are not obliged to compensate the original winner after this 90-day period, whether the unclaimed prize is redrawn to a new winner or used to fund the business's next expansion.

By accepting these terms & conditions as a potential winner, you accept the above rules regarding redraws, and that no refunds are ever given.

Ticket allocation, draw execution, and winner notification emails are handled automatically by our platform. Love Life Legends' operations team reviews and follows up on these processes but does not manually perform them.

The Emergency Services draw is a separate draw pool reserved for verified emergency services personnel — police, ambulance, fire, and defence — and works differently from every other draw pool described above.

Entry is automatic and free. Any account whose email address matches one of our approved emergency-service email domains is entered into this draw the moment that account exists, with no sign-up step, no membership fee, and no action required from the account holder. There is no way to opt into this draw with an unverified email address, and no way to be charged for it.

Eligible accounts receive a fixed number of tickets and collaboration points every week, for as long as their email domain remains on our approved list — currently 5 tickets and 5 collaboration points per week, though these figures may be adjusted by Love Life Legends from time to time. This draw is funded by a government partnership rather than member payments, at no cost to the entrant.

An account that qualifies for the Emergency Services draw may also separately hold a paying state or territory membership if it chooses — the two are entirely independent, and holding one does not affect the other.

Participants will be treated fairly throughout, and provided with a safe and secure system. Entries are recorded and updated regularly, along with relevant updates.

By entering, you agree that this business will not refund money paid for tickets, including in cases of paying by mistake, purchasing the wrong number or type of ticket, or no longer wanting to play.

By entering, you agree that in the case of any disapproving content on the web platform, contacting and communicating with us about the issue is the required path to resolution. Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends do not condone inappropriateness, and will not accept rude or harsh behaviour in any area of the business.

Participants understand that they will be notified of gaming events through Love Life Lotto's/Legends' emailing system and website, and accept this as sufficient communication, even where the message is repeated.

Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform does not determine the relationship between account holders and the businesses involved with each draw, and is not required to differentiate between them. Its system operates independently of these conditions, and blocking participants from buying tickets on that basis is not required.

In every draw pool other than the New South Wales draw pool, the weekly prize for each draw is valued at $5,000, made up of money and a 1–3 night stay (with a choice of 1–3 rooms, or a suite) at a hotel within the state or territory of the draw pool the winner is a member of — whichever draw you are entered in, the prize is spent within that state. The money component will never exceed $5,000 Australian dollars, and any amount left over after the hotel booking fee is deducted is paid via direct debit to the winner's preferred bank account.

In the New South Wales draw pool, the prizes are a Highrise Holiday prize valued at up to $25,000, a Yacht Journey prize valued at up to $50,000, and bonus prizes made up of further Highrise Holiday and Yacht Journey prizes. Each prize may consist of money, the booking of an experience, or a combination of the two, and Love Life Legends decides its exact composition. A Highrise Holiday prize is taken within New South Wales in the manner described in this section. A Yacht Journey prize is an experience aboard a yacht, on a date, at a location, and on conditions decided by Love Life Legends, and is subject to availability, weather, and safety. Love Life Legends may substitute an experience or amount of similar value where a prize cannot reasonably be provided as described. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless Love Life Legends agrees in writing.

The prize values stated in these terms and on this website are maximums, not guarantees of what will be drawn, and a prize is awarded only where the funds described in section 2 have been received and allocated to it.

The hotel portion of a Highrise Holiday or weekly prize must be taken up, and each such winner is required to stay a minimum of one night at a collaborating hotel. Love Life Legends makes the booking and pays the initial charge to the chosen hotel.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is only required to pay the booking charge — not the hotel bond, or any damages (including those caused by an acquaintance of the winner), which remain the winner's responsibility. By accepting a prize, winners and members agree that Love Life Lotto/Legends is not required to pay for:

• Food and drink, whether inside or outside the hotel.
• Parking tickets or fines.
• Travel to, from, or around the hotel, or any utilities, transport, or other daily extras.
• Outside activities such as massages, adventure excursions, or ticketed events.
• Any incident causing damage or harm, including hospital fees.
• Travel, flight, or luggage insurance, or extra or lost luggage and items.

Tickets can only be purchased through the Love Life Lotto/Legends web platform. We do not take payments over the phone, by email, or by mail, and are not responsible or liable for compensation in the case of fraudulent dealings conducted outside the platform.

A purchase that is interrupted by a system malfunction, and which we're unable to recover or verify, will be treated as void and terminated by the system.

Members are allocated tickets within this business's systems only.

Members agree to indemnify Love Life Lotto/Legends, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and suppliers against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal costs) arising from the business's conduct.

Completing a checkout or sign-up is an offer to purchase, and authorises Love Life Lotto/Legends to debit your account.

Once a purchase is completed, that order is final: you are obligated to provide funds for that week's draw and cannot cancel or amend the order for any reason. You can, however, pause or cancel an active membership at any time through your account dashboard — this stops future charges from that point forward, and does not refund any payment already made.

If a weekly membership payment is unsuccessful, no tickets are issued to that account for that week's draw while payment remains outstanding. We will automatically attempt to charge the account again the following week; once a payment succeeds, ticket issuance resumes as normal from that point.

Purchasing from Love Life Lotto/Legends does not guarantee a win, and no compensation is given if you do not win.

Purchases are non-refundable, non-creditable, and not tax-deductible.

As there is currently no way to prevent people from other states starting a membership on this platform, all members accept our processes for still delivering a prize if won under those circumstances.

Love Life Lotto/Legends does not cover card-payment gaming fees or any other transaction fees incurred when purchasing a membership.

Love Life Lotto's Art Union draws are entered by direct ticket purchase, not by ongoing membership — anyone with an account can buy tickets into an active Art Union draw, regardless of region or membership status.

Four fixed ticket packs are available per draw: $5 for 5 tickets, $10 for 15 tickets, $20 for 30 tickets, and $40 for 60 tickets. Each purchase is a one-off charge, not a recurring subscription.

There is no limit on how many packs, or which pack, a member may purchase for the same draw. Purchasing more than one pack increases your total chances but does not change which prizes you are eligible for — that is decided entirely by the specific pack the winning ticket came from.

Where an Art Union draw offers bonus prizes on top of its main prize, the prizes awarded to the winner are decided by the ticket pack the winning ticket belongs to, not by any other tickets that member may separately hold: a $5-pack ticket wins the main prize only; a $10-pack ticket wins the main prize plus the first bonus prize; a $20-pack ticket adds the second bonus prize; and a $40-pack ticket wins every prize on offer for that draw.

Art Union tickets are drawn using the same automated, weighted random selection system described under “Trade Promotion memberships & draws”, and the same claim, redraw, and no-refund rules described elsewhere in these terms apply equally to Art Union prizes.

Collaboration points are earned automatically, and combine into a single, account-wide balance from three sources: a weekly accrual matching your active membership tier's ticket count (see “Trade Promotion memberships & draws”), a weekly accrual for eligible Emergency Services entrants (see “Emergency Services draw”), and a lump sum for fully completing an Activity (see our Activities Terms & Conditions). Points earned from any of these sources can be spent on any Award Points item.

Collaboration points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, gifted, or exchanged for money, and cannot be redeemed for anything outside this platform.

Award Points items are graded E through S, and change from time to time as new collections are released. Each collection of items is a “series”: while a series is current, an account may redeem at most one item per grade. Starting a new series retires every previously published item from sale (their order history is unaffected) and opens every account's one-per-grade allowance back up for the new items.

Redeeming an item requires enough spendable points — your total balance minus anything already committed to an active redemption — and providing a delivery name, address, and phone number at the time of redemption. Items may carry a limited stock; once an item's stock is exhausted, it can no longer be redeemed unless and until it's made available again in a later series.

We may cancel a redemption at our discretion — for example, if an item can no longer be fulfilled — in which case the points spent on it are returned to your balance in full. Delivery timeframes vary by item and are not guaranteed beyond what is stated at the time of redemption.

Once the conditions under “Trade Promotion memberships & draws” are met, a winner will be chosen and must adhere to the terms below.

Love Life Lotto/Legends will communicate a chosen winner to them directly, and to the wider community, only through our official social media and marketing channels.

If a winner is found to be under 18 years of age, the prize will only be released once written permission from a parent or legal guardian has been provided to Love Life Lotto/Legends.

Winners are notified directly by email as soon as a draw is run, including a secure link they can use to confirm their win and provide a contact phone number without needing to log in. Winners are required to communicate through email, and if necessary by phone or in person.

Winners are required to choose their preferred stay dates at the collaborating hotel, and allow our team to book those dates along with any inclusions/extras mentioned.

Once a winner has confirmed their win, we will contact them directly to arrange payment of any cash portion of their prize — this is handled outside the website itself, and is not collected through an online form.

Winners are required to pay the hotel bond and any indulgences during their stay.

Where a winner provides content for us to share on the web platform, they agree it may be shown on our social channels and in future marketing.

If a winner cannot make their chosen dates, they must organise a change of dates directly with the hotel — Love Life Lotto/Legends is not required to assist, and the hotel's own terms & conditions govern that process.

If a refund is approved by the hotel and requires the card used (Love Life Lotto/Legends' card), fair and correct steps will be taken to return the prize money, excluding any fees incurred.

If a winner is unhappy with the hotel or its service due to an unforeseen issue, they accept that Love Life Lotto/Legends is never required to compensate, and no refund or other arrangement will be issued.

A winner's hotel stay must be booked before the money portion of the prize is transferred to their bank account.

By completing any membership through the Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept being bound by these terms & conditions, including bank-to-bank fund transfers.

By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or over. We will not be held responsible for an underage applicant, as we have clearly stated a minimum age of 18 to participate.

By creating an account, you permit us to contact you at any time regarding this business, and agree to appropriate communication through a reliable channel to organise necessary adjustments.

By creating an account, you accept that we will hold and save your personal details. Active memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard — see “Purchasing memberships & tickets” above for how this affects future charges. Beyond this, personal details cannot be changed directly online.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is not required to fully delete your account details from our data bank — it does not hold all of that information itself, and can recover it from our collaborating secure payment system, and will only do so with your approval through the web platform.

Love Life Lotto/Legends reserves the right to use the personal data you provide for business analytics, to help decide when and where to market and improve our systems.

To change personal data, unsubscribe, or deactivate an account, holders must go through the “create a new password” flow. If unable to amend an account this way, Love Life Lotto/Legends is not obligated to locate or provide account details, for security reasons.

Love Life Lotto aims to work alongside charities to support their causes, and will share relevant information by email — we may contact you to expand on this.

These businesses give no warranty that the Love Life Lotto's/Legends' web platform will be available permanently, or for any minimum period.

If your access to the web platform or your account is unavailable, Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends are not required to find, merge, reinstate, or recreate accounts, and are not entitled to provide records of participation, for security reasons.

While considerable care is taken in compiling and updating content on the platform, these businesses do not guarantee the accuracy of that content.

The platform may contain links to other sites not operated by these businesses. Love Life Lotto and Love Life Legends do not control those sites, cannot be responsible for their content, and such links do not indicate endorsement. We are not liable for any goods, services, or content purchased or accessed through those links.

Love Life Lotto/Legends cannot guarantee that files available for download from the platform are free of viruses or other harmful code. Account holders are solely responsible for virus-checking and other precautions, and download files at their own risk.

The Love Life Lotto/Legends system allows applicants from other states to participate in prize draws, with the hotel portion of any prize taken up within the state of the draw pool they joined, regardless of where the winner themselves lives.

Love Life Lotto/Legends reserves the right to operate online through its one and only web platform, at its one and only domain name — www.lovelifelegends.world — through which alone our customers access this business.

Love Life Legends aims to respond to and correct any civil complaint.

Love Life Lotto/Legends operates under the company Eternitys Eternal Pty Ltd (ABN 86 660 082 986), authorised under Art Union authority number GOCAU/2474.

Love Life Legends only handles issues raised with honourable and honest intent.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is available to communicate throughout the week during regular working hours. If we don't respond promptly, please follow up politely.

Love Life Lotto/Legends will only communicate with you through info@lovelifelegends.world. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us through any other channel and you are affected, we are sorry, but not at fault.

Love Life Lotto/Legends has no fixed obligation to run a prize draw every week, month, or year — new draws will be communicated by email and social media as they're set.

Love Life Lotto/Legends is a combined service working with collaborating companies, aiming to provide a professional service that continually improves. Changes will only be made when necessary, and all account holders will be notified.

As a properly established business with an approved commencement-of-work form, Love Life Lotto/Legends has been built with care and good intentions.
